EH Trail Protection Project Calls For More Signage To Deter Motorized Traffic
Bringing their complaint to the East Hampton Town Board at Tuesday's brown bag session in Montauk, the Trails Protection group presented photographs and first-hand accounts of the illegal use of the trails. The trails, designed for hiking and mountain biking, are often co-opted by motorbike and all-terrain vehicle (ATV's) enthusiasts, causing safety and environmental concerns.
